RANCH HOUSE
OVERVIEW
The Ranch House was built in 1928, during the height of the sheep ranching business. It was the main house for the original 15,000 acre sheep ranch. So it was sited perfectly to have the views, stay cool in the summer, protected from any winds and to have access to the many nearby springs.

ROOMS
The Ranch House has all its original redwood bead board walls and ceilings. Two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a large cast iron tub with shower. A large additional room (added in the 50's), to the back of the house, can be used as another bedroom, office, playroom, etc. Upstairs is a full attic with shelving.

Ranch House
KITCHEN
The kitchen was completely remodeled and upgraded in 2014, in keeping with the look and feel of the original Ranch House kitchen. Freshly painted and a new full zinc wraparound countertop was installed. Wooden shelving is from the ranch. The kitchen also has an adjacent very large pantry room for additional storage.
